Returns & Exchanges
At Grimfrost International, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
